Sponsorship Opportunities

Major brands and businesses can sponsor one or more broadcasts in Maine of high school and college women’s sports. As a broadcaster, Glynn has called more than 1,000 games in a wide range of sports, including basketball, field hockey, hockey, lacrosse, soccer, softball, track and field and volleyball. He has seen the growth of women’s sports firsthand.  

By live streaming more women’s sports, this helps increase the exposure for women’s sports because the more people, especially young girls, see different sports, find role models and want to play sports, too. The Mission E50 broadcasting sponsorship includes full rights to the broadcast and access to the inventory of at least six commercials and pre and post game sponsorship opportunities. A commitment for a schedule of 10 or more women’s games is available at a reduced rate. 

Sponsorship: $1,000/game

This 60-minute presentation at a high school or college will include an overview of what an athlete brand is and the steps to build one. During the session, we discuss a case study of a Pliable female athlete and the skills and tools all athletes can use to their advantage. Adding to the value for the sponsor, local and regional media will be pitched to attend the event.  

A portion of the presentation focuses on helping the student-athletes learn about the ways other athletes are building their brand. We will discuss how each athlete can separate themselves from their competition by identifying the things that make them unique. We share strategic questions that can help each athlete stand out to recruiters, the media and employers. We will also discuss how athletes can tell their story in a variety of different ways and make themselves more marketable.  

In addition to traditional social media accounts, this presentation addresses how coaches and employers are researching job candidates online. We also introduce the idea of career planning, including tips for networking and growing the student’s online presence using LinkedIn.  

Sponsorship: $1,500/presentation

Help support young female athletes in Maine with a $2,000 sponsorship. This will provide a female athlete to receive the first four steps of Pliable’s 10-Step Athlete Branding Playbook at no cost. This will provide underprivileged female athletes the opportunity to create their athlete profile, get career planning services and create content that will help them to get more media coverage, apply to college and succeed with future media, college and job interviews.
